Healthy Garden Pizza's

One of my favorite things to make and eat is pizza.  There are a million variations to fit any mood or taste.  I try to follow a few simple rules to ensure my pizza is healthy, and calorie conscious.
1. Try a store bought 100% whole wheat crust or for a personal pizza try a whole wheat "Flatout Wrap" as a crust.
2.  Use fresh, natural, low fat ingredients whenever possible.
3.  The more veggies the better!
4. Most pizzas bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until  golden brown
5.  On a flatwrap crust, these pizzas have less than 500 calories each!)

Spinach & Feta Pizza
Cover crust with a thin layer of pizza or marinara sauce. Top with sliced red onion, feta cheese crumbles, sliced tomato, sliced fresh mozzarella, & whole spinach leaves. Spinkle with fresh minced garlic and dried basil leaves.

Alfredo Artichoke Pizza
Cover crust with a  thin layer of store bought, reduced fat alfredo sauce.  Top with sliced tomato, red onion, feta cheese crumbles, chopped artichoke hearts, diced red bell pepper, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, s & p, and your favorite reduced fat shredded cheese blend.
